2022 CANADIAN
ARRANGER TRAINING

November 4, 2022     |     Toronto, ON

Open to All!

Create Memorable Customer Experiences & Life Tribute Events

Learn how to make the most of the arrangement conference through a creative, five-step process.

This high-energy, interactive workshop provides you with the tools you need to convey the value of deathcare offerings, support families, and design memorable life-honouring events. Through a combination of small and group discussions, problem-solving and creative collaboration, you will leave with fresh approaches and new ideas to transform your arrangement conferences! You will also take home comprehensive tools and resources you need to initiate an action plan for your team. This one-day workshop will be led by NFDA Training and Development Manager, Melissa Loose and is open to all deathcare professionals who are seeking a fresh approach to serving families.

This Arranger Training is not just for funeral directors or funeral planners; professionals from a variety of roles in Deathcare (including corporate administrators, office managers, funeral directors, and vendors) continue to find this program of benefit because of the discussions within the training about professional ethics, effective communication with families throughout the journey of providing care, and valuable support tools including appropriate responses to grief-driven needs and conflict management in a Deathcare setting.

The goal of Arranger Training is to have each participant come to better understand, through practical, "real life" examples, how to build trust, convey value, educate and understand. You'll even learn what words to use when families ask for a direct cremation and build a plan that makes you feel good about where your firm will be in five years.
