Movement & Posture; The Path to Equity, Inclusion and Action

Who are we? What do we believe and why? Movement calls us to look closely at who we are. The practice of self-study is critical as we work to create a more just world and eliminate systemic racism and the marginalization of all oppressed peoples. As people, once we know that others are being excluded, our movement calls us to make changes in ourselves and in our communities to address it. It is not enough to recognize the exclusion and discrimination - we must actively use our position and power to rectify it.
